I. Working Principle
Plan72 (Buffer Gas System)
Clean and dry nitrogen is supplied from an external source and injected between the primary and secondary seal at a pressure slightly lower than the process pressure.
It provides isolation, purging, and dilution of leaked process fluid, maintaining a stable and clean operating environment for the dry gas seal.
Plan76 (Vented Leakage Recovery System)
Collects process gas and buffer gas leaked from the secondary seal, and routes them to a flare, incinerator, or recovery system. This ensures zero atmospheric emission, safe disposal,
and enables leakage monitoring and alarm.
II. Key Features
Tandem dual seal structure: secondary seal acts as a reliable backup if primary seal fails Ideal for volatile, flammable, toxic, and hazardous fluids Zero/low emission design compliant with environmental and VOCs regulations Stable operation, long service life, low maintenance cost Supports leakage detection, pressure monitoring, and remote alarm
III.Typical Applications
Light hydrocarbon pumps, LPG pumps, ethylene / propylene pumps
Refining applications: gasoline, naphtha, aromatics, etc.
Flammable, toxic, and volatile fluids in chemical processes
